If I could, I would not give a star. Customer service is brutally Impossible. This MLM product is not for me. I cancelled within 4 hours recognising my inability to support an MLM coupled with the poor reviews, BBB gives this company a C and puts a Red flag on It's site for the numerous consistent costumer complaints it constantly doesn't manage properly at all. It's not for me, so I had to create a ticket to not belong and get my money back. There's no response from my created ticket and It works still has my money..
Terrible experience and and painfully, it's still not over. I want All my money refunded.

If I could give no stars, I would!!! I deleted my payment info from my account. How they kept billing me is beyond me but they did <:/ and now I have a bank overdraft fee to deal with that I didn’t ask for because they refuse to pay for those. Absurd. You guys suck! Never again. Sorry I even attempted to be a part of the company.

I signed up and the next day went to cancel as a distributor. Read all the reviews and realized this is not what I want. I contacted and created a ticket like required to cancel. In the mean time the woman that recruited me not once reached out to me since signing up. Ticket requested that I acknowledge that I want to cancel and that I create anther ticket. I did that and requested a full refund as not products have been shipped. Told me to acknowledge cancel a create another ticket AGAIN!! SO I DID. Now I go to try to log in to see about my ticket request and I can no longer sign in. I checked my emails...nothing! Checked my bank statement...NOTHING!! I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK OR FURTHER ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.

So I ordered the gummies.. seems as though they might work,except this company has takes 75.00 a month ago for my order that I've NEVER received. Now they are about to take another 75.00 from my account for another order ?? Who would be willing to help me figure this theft issue out ?

Paola Mccoy had the nerve to harass my special needs daughter For not buying her products.she said horrible things to my daughter. Me and my son contacted it works they did nothing about it.

Very disappointed in my service. I worked with Sasha and she was not upfront with the 3 months that your are locked into and when I asked her how to cancel she stopped replying to me and deleted me off Facebook. She’s shady and not professional. The products are easily not worth it either. Definitely better more authentic ways for these people to make money than this. don’t go for this company or working with her, ever!

Only gave it a one star because I had to pick a star to continue. Product is horrible doesn't work. Advertising. No 30-day money back guarantee like I was told. Only can return unopened products. Was told that was the only return he could take. wanted to charge me $50 as a membership price. Was never told about that still have online conversation in phone to prove I was never told about that. Going to call my credit card company. Stay away it doesn't work.

We ordered two items and only received one. Sent a couple of emails which they denied receiving. They refused to help me unless my husband, who placed the order, called even though I clearly had every single detail of information. The items we ordered are called The Cleanse. I’ve taken it for the two days. I am actually constipated. The only thing happening in my body is a ton of noise from my gut but absolutely no movement! Does not work! So disappointing!

I totally love the hair skin nails. I had a problem with my hair falling daily and there's much of it! I also wanted to grow my nails but it easily break. But thanks to this product. I no longer have problems doing those things anymore . My hair is long and shiney as ever. I totally recommend it to you all. They have more products as well. Like coffee and other food supplements that can help your life more beautiful.

I love the products! Keto coffee has made me loose 10 KG and the Super Greens & Super Reds has kept me up and going without any cold or flu for over a year now. My immune system used to be week. I'm in love with this products and have never had problems with the customer service either. They have only been helpful to me.

I ordered the It Works! Cleanse dietary supplements along with a facial hydration mask back in Nov. 2020. The products were received towards early December 2020 - standard shipping time. I always look at expiration dates just in case & when I did, I noticed all the products were expired up to a years time. Unfortunately since I was on vacation when these products were received, I lost my chance to file a complaint and request a refund. This isn’t the first time it’s ever happened. Either way, all of their products are trash. Not worth spending your money!!
